Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact for patients, families, referring providers, and internal care teams.
• Coordinate intake and registration for new and returning patients.
• Schedule clinic visits, consultations, diagnostics, and other services as needed.
• Verify insurance information and support financial clearance processes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and timely documentation.
