Responsibilities

• Assists in the day-to-day operations of the Admitting department.
• Performs receptionist and clerical duties relating to patient admissions and discharges.
• May coordinate staffing and provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.
• Ensures accurate patient payment collection and maintains orderly work areas.
• Supports department with scheduling, trainings, and process improvements.
