Responsibilities

• Input demographic and insurance details into the EHR system.
• Verify insurance coverage and eligibility before appointments or procedures.
• Obtain prior authorizations as required by insurers.
• Schedule patient appointments based on physician availability and patient needs.
• Inform patients about co-pays, deductibles, and insurance benefits before service delivery.
• Communicate financial responsibilities and payment options to patients.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
