Job summary

Bronson Healthcare in Kalamazoo is seeking a Patient Access Ambassador for Oshtemo on a part-time basis to guide patients through our self-service tablet check-in and welcome workflow, ensuring a positive first impression.

You will assist with registrations, collect demographics and insurance information, explain price estimates and payment options, and support staff by maintaining tablet readiness and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the patient journey.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent computer skills and familiarity with tablet technology.
• Strong customer service orientation with verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new workflows and systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with clinic registrations by gathering demographics and insurance information.
• Guide patients through self-service tablet check-in and ensure successful completion of the workflow.
• Greet patients at entry and encourage tablet use for arrivals.
• Provide information on price estimates and payment options as needed.
• Maintain tablet readiness and report issues; assist IT as directed.
• Train staff at sites on tablet workflows and resolutions.
