Job summary

Bronson Healthcare Group in Kalamazoo is seeking a Patient Access Ambassador - PT to guide patients through our self-service tablet check-in, collect demographic and insurance information, schedule appointments, and explain financial options.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, a comfort with new technology, and the ability to work across sites. Training on Welcome Tablets and workflows will be provided to support patients efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent computer skills and ability to operate a tablet check-in system.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn Welcome Tablet workflows and adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with tablet check-in and greet them at the entrance.
• Help patients navigate to the correct waiting area and provide directions.
• Cross-train at all sites for tablet implementation and support.
• Explain costs and collect copays when applicable.
• Ensure tablets are cleaned and maintained; report issues.
