Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Experience with medical offices preferred (1 year minimum).
• Comfortable with technology and patient data entry.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and route to the correct area; take messages as needed.
• Assist guests with check-in and verify demographic/insurance information.
• Educate guests on FollowMyHealth portal usage and enrollment.
• Collect patient payments and reconcile receipts per performance standards.
• Schedule provider appointments and manage availability and capacity.
