Job summary

Seattle Children’s is hiring a Registration Coordinator to manage patient registrations and check-ins across outpatient clinics. The role includes scheduling returns, communicating with families, and upholding infection prevention standards.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of customer service/admin support experience. Health care experience and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year customer service or administrative support experience.

Responsibilities

• Create new registrations and check patients in for scheduled and walk-in visits.
• Schedule patient return visits and manage follow-ups to minimize clinic access delays.
• Communicate with patients and families to gather consent and provide information.
• Maintain infection prevention standards and support processes to improve patient experience.
• Support check-ins across Urgent Care, Radiology, and Access Clinic as needed.
