• Digital-First Intake: enable smooth digital check-in with complete demographics and consents.
• Queue & Wait-Time Management: monitor waiting area and EMR queues; communicate delays.
• Point-of-Service (POS) Collections: discuss financial responsibility and process payments with accuracy.
• Exit & Outreach: complete checkout, schedule follow-ups, and outreach for no-shows.
