Job summary

Pure Infusion is seeking a Patient Access Coordinator (PAC) at Desert Ridge to greet patients, schedule infusions, and coordinate with referring practices and the Market Executive. Regular hours Monday–Friday 8 a.m.–5 p.m.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in CRM and EMR software systems.
• BLS Certification within 30 days of hire.
• Eligibility to meet U.S. employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Call, schedule, and welcome patients for biologic infusions.
• Coordinate care, orders, and documentation with referring practices and Market Executive.
• Ensure smooth patient visits by working with patients and staff.
