• Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and excellent communication with patients, colleagues, and referring practices.
• Excel in customer service in both phone and in-person settings (medical environment experience preferred).
• Be tech-savvy and comfortable with various software applications.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and take on multiple roles.
• Collaborate with nurses and team members virtually.

Responsibilities

• Call, schedule, and welcome patients into the clinic for biologic infusions.
• Coordinate care, orders, and documentation with referring practices and Market Executive.
• Ensure smooth patient visits and accurate documentation of the visit.
• Support coordination between patients, staff, and providers.
