Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and registration for outpatient services (Infusion, Surgery, Diagnostics, Labs, etc.).
• Provide courteous, accurate information and ensure timely patient flow.
• Maintain documentation and comply with training requirements and performance metrics.
