Job summary

Pure Infusion is seeking a Patient Access Coordinator to call, schedule, and welcome patients into our Boise clinic for biologic infusions. You will coordinate with referring practices and the Market Executive to streamline care, orders, and documentation, delivering a high-touch, concierge experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, customer-service expertise, and comfort with CRM/EMR software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in CRM and EMR software systems.
• BLS Certification within 30 days of hire.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Call, schedule, and greet patients for infusions.
• Coordinate care with referring practices and Market Executive.
• Ensure documentation and orders are accurate for patient visits.
• Collaborate with nurses and staff to ensure smooth visits.
• Provide a white-glove patient experience.
