Qualifications

• Completion of a Medical Assistant or LPN program.
• Eligible for certification, registration, or licensure as applicable.
• BLS certification required at hire.
• Ability to travel between TBCHS sites as needed.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and visitors with exceptional customer service.
• Schedule appointments, verify insurance, and assist with patient forms.
• Process payments and connect patients with TBCHS services.
• Room patients, take vital signs, complete screenings, and assist with patient histories.
• Support providers during exams and procedures; assist with vaccines and in-house testing.
