Job summary

Responsibilities

• Verify insurance benefits and eligibility.
• Enter patient information and route completed paperwork to appropriate departments.
• Obtain signed statement from patient to protect hospital's interests.
• Receive payments on account.
• Accept and store patient valuables when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
