Job summary

Solis Mammography is seeking a PRN Patient Service Representative to greet patients, collect information, and register patients at our Willow Grove center. You will post payments, input demographics and insurance data into our RIS, and ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all records.

This role requires availability to cover PTO, some Saturdays, and occasional coverage in nearby centers, with a focus on delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required or preferred.
• Two years of healthcare registration or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cash handling.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, register them, and post payments as the first point of contact.
• Input demographic and insurance information into RIS and verify accuracy of data.
• Explain forms and assist with completion, via paper or tablet, while maintaining confidentiality.
• Collect patient payments and verify benefits with insurance when necessary.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments and reconcile daily payments.
