Job summary

Solis Mammography is seeking a Patient Service Representative in Willow Grove, PA. You will be the first point of contact for patients, greeting them warmly, registering information, and posting payments to ensure smooth center flow.

As part of a patient-focused team, you will verify insurance, collect payments, schedule appointments, and support daily reconciliation. The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and compassionate service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Two years of healthcare registration or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cash handling.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; RIS software preferred.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Register patients including demographic and insurance information into the RIS.
• Explain forms and assist with completion, paper or tablet.
• Process paperwork and maintain confidentiality; link to patient records.
• Collect patient payments and verify benefits.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments; manage daily invoicing and reconciliations.
• Participate in front office policy training.
