Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients professionally and register them in RIS.
• Input demographic and insurance information and verify accuracy.
• Explain forms and assist with completion, via paper or tablet.
• Process patient payments and explain benefits when needed.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments; maintain confidentiality.
• Support front-office policy and procedures.
