• Greet and assist clients in person and over the phone.
• Answer calls professionally and courteously.
• Manage high-volume patient flow in a fast-paced environment.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate walk-in intake.
• Create and update client profiles in the electronic health record.
• Maintain a welcoming lobby and reception area.
• Assist with intake processes and insurance verification.
