The Client Access Team plays a vital role in ensuring quality customer service is provided in a professional and efficient manner. They facilitate the care of both internal and external AKBH consumers by providing administrative assistance to Clinical Teams, Medical Providers, Program, and Administrative Staff. AKBH Client Access Coordinators are known for their welcoming, positive demeanor and their ability to work effectively with diverse members of the community, including stakeholders and individuals with behavioral or physical limitations or disabilities.
