Responsibilities

• Schedules and registers patients for the outpatient clinic.
• Verifies eligibility for patients and ensures pre-authorizations, referrals, and pre-certifications are obtained.
• Collaborates with physician offices, Utilization Review and Business Office Departments.
• Perform other job-related duties as directed by the Supervisor.
