Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments in athenaNet as part of daily workflow.
• Greet patients and collect co-payments and balances at check-in/out.
• Register patients and educate them on portal usage; verify insurance details.
• Process messages and coordinate with care teams as needed.
• Maintain accurate charts and documentation per policy.
