Responsibilities

• Manage physician schedule and assist callers and visitors.
• Handle patient registration, charge entry, and end-of-day reconciliation.
• Obtain payments from patients and collect referrals and surgical authorizations.
• Provide excellent customer service with professionalism and teamwork.
• Cross-train to fill in for other team members as needed.
