Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Patient Access representative to coordinate patient flow, process registrations, and support revenue cycle activities across our hospitals and clinics in Florida. You will assist in onboarding, training, and participating in departmental initiatives while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Minimum 1 year of Patient Access experience is expected; bilingual English/Spanish or Creole is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• BHSF internal staff: 1 year Patient Access experience.
• External staff: Associate degree preferred or 2 years experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient flow and timely processing.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance requirements and Baptist Health South Florida pricing.
• Assist in onboarding, training, and go-lives across departments.
• Participate in departmental committees and initiatives.
