Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient flow and timely processing across the department, practice and hospital.
• Respond to patient questions and resolve issues related to insurance and billing.
• Maintain knowledge of Baptist Health South Florida pricing and financial assistance options.
• Ensure service is professional, compassionate and compliant with HIPAA and Medicare rules.
