Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking a Full-Time Front Desk/Insurance Liaison to support patients at our Altamonte Springs, FL facility. You will coordinate between insurance companies, patients, and physicians, explain benefits clearly, and schedule procedures and visits.

You will also prepare charts and update patient statuses in the electronic system. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus comfort with computers and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with computers required.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend English effectively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between the insurance company, the patient, and the physician.
• Clearly communicate insurance benefits and requirements to patients.
• Respond to non-clinical questions and schedule appointments and surgeries.
• Prepare patient charts prior to visits and update status in the tracking system.
