Qualifications

• Billing and collections experience preferred.
• Multilingual abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in/out patients and assist with registrations.
• Document all calls and interactions in the EMR system.
• Schedule appointments, tests, referrals, and consultations.
• Verify insurance and collect required patient information and signatures.
• Educate patients on financial assistance and billing procedures.
• Proactively request payments and process them following procedures.
