Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, patient access, medical office, or call center experience preferred.
• Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, or healthcare registration processes preferred.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with EMR/PM systems preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guide them through check-in and admission processes.
• Verify insurance, collect demographics, and process documentation accurately.
• Support scheduling, billing, and patient flow to maintain smooth operations.
• Maintain data integrity and assist teams with front desk tasks as needed.
