Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of Patient Services Representative experience in healthcare or related roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming, prompt, and respectful customer service including scheduling and registering appointments.
• Perform PARC EPIC functions and daily eligibility verifications per standards.
• Reconcile daily services, including payments, reimbursements, and referrals; communicate financial responsibility to patients.
• Answer calls promptly, verify and document contact information, and assist callers with information.
• Support families with MyCHOP activation and portal troubleshooting.
• Maintain patient records and schedules in compliance with HIPAA and CHOP policies.
• Participate in team huddles and keep workspace organized.
