Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) seeks a Patient Services Representative for CHOP Pediatric Primary Care in Gibbsboro, NJ. The role centers on patient access, registration accuracy, and financial clearance within CHOP's care delivery workflow.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of Patient Services Representative experience preferred.
• Experience in health care, registration, physician billing, medical records, or related customer service is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide welcoming, prompt, and respectful customer service, including scheduling and registering appointments.
• Perform PARC/EPIC functions and daily eligibility verifications.
• Handle payments, reimbursements, referrals, and financial communications with patients.
