• Perform patient access and revenue cycle tasks with accuracy, and verify daily eligibility following standards.
• Reconcile daily services, handle payments, and communicate financial responsibility to patients and families.
• Answer phones promptly and document contact information; maintain courteous communication with callers.
• Maintain patient records, daily schedules, HIPAA compliance, and support team huddles and meetings.
