Pulmonary Associates of Richmond is looking for a full-time Patient Care Representative who will be responsible for patient check-in and administrative tasks at our Hanover location. The role requires strong customer service skills and provides opportunities for growth in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• One year of front desk experience in a medical practice or one year of customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to adhere to HIPAA policies and protect patient privacy.
• Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and instruct them on the use of the Phreesia pad.
• Enter demographic and insurance data on all patients.
• Schedule follow up appointments and tests.
• Check patient out in Allscripts.
• Complete daily administrative tasks including mail reminders.
