• Ability to protect privacy, confidentiality, and PHI of patients, members, and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Greet, check-in/out patients and resolve needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Document calls in the EMR accurately and completely.
• Schedule appointments for visits, procedures, tests, referrals, and consults.
• Verify demographics and insurance information with patients and guarantors.
• Assist with forms for regulatory and billing needs and collect payments.
• Stay updated on role responsibilities and participate in meetings to maintain high performance.
