White House Clinics is seeking a Patient Access Associate to greet patients, manage scheduling, and ensure accuracy of demographic and billing information. You will work with an integrated care team to support efficient patient flow in a fast-paced medical office in Berea, KY.

Responsibilities include assisting with check-in/out, coordinating appointments, and guiding patients through the sliding fee program when needed. Evening shifts may be required, with a strong focus on customer service.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No experience required, but healthcare office experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to schedule appointments and read time schedules.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with office software.

• Greet patients and visitors promptly and warmly.
• Screen and transfer calls to the appropriate staff.
• Check-in patients and verify demographic and insurance information.
• Collect and verify insurance details; scan and upload documents.
