The MUSC Community Physicians (MCP) in Bluffton, SC, seeks a Supervisor Patient Access Coordinator to guide scheduling, registration and related workflows across the enterprise. You will supervise team members, monitor performance and ensure services meet quality and financial standards while aligning with MUSC policies.

Some weekend/holiday work may be required. The role emphasizes leadership in registration processes, Epic Cadence expertise, and cross-functional coordination to improve patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with healthcare leadership experience.
• Extensive knowledge of EPIC Cadence and patient access reporting/work queues.
• Supervisory experience required; hospital setting preferred.
• Certifications such as CHAA/CRCS/CHAM are preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise Patient Access Coordinator team and scheduling functions across clinics.
• Monitor operations and staff performance to improve patient satisfaction and efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to MUSC policies and procedures; communicate across departments.
• Act as liaison between support services to remove barriers to care.
