Qualifications

• Experience with hospital information systems or word processing preferred.
• Previous healthcare front desk experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Duties include scheduling, patient registration, telephone triage, medical records, billing, and collections.
• Coordinate daily clinic preparation, patient identification, check-in/out, charge posting, cash management, and appointment scheduling.
• Provide customer service, message distribution, referral management, and interpreters coordination.
