Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a customer service/front desk role or a graduate of a front office/medical office program.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Proficiency in Epic during the introductory period.

Responsibilities

• Advise patients about billing procedures and anticipated charges to help them understand their liability.
• Welcome patients to the clinic and ensure smooth front-desk flow.
• Accurately enter patient information and verify insurance coverage in the EMR.
• Collect payments and monitor accounts for financial responsibility.
• Provide access to MyChart and assist with referrals as needed.
