Qualifikationen

• Welcomes patients and explains the registration process.
• Performs pre-registration/registration and verifies eligibility; obtains authorizations.
• Verifies demographics and inputs information into the A/D/T system accurately.
• Collects patient payments and meets monthly collection targets; may provide financial counseling.
• Assists patients with Medicaid and financial assistance programs.
• Acts as liaison between patient, billing, vendors, physicians, and payors to optimize receivables.
• Resolves patient concerns and delivers excellent customer service.
• Works with staff to resolve issues and maintain productivity goals.
