Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and assist with registration, verify demographics and insurance details.
• Verify eligibility, obtain authorizations, and document all steps for accuracy and to maximize reimbursement.
• Collect payments and meet monthly collection targets; provide financial counseling and explain options.
