Formación

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• State criminal background check and Federal (if applicable).

Responsabilidades

• Obtain demographic, billing, and insurance information and enter into systems.
• Explain insurance and payment options to patients.
• Obtain pre-certification and authorization when required.
• Prepare consent forms and obtain signatures for treatment and financial obligations.
• Collect deposits, co-pays, and deductible payments and issue receipts.
• Balance daily cash receipts and resolve system flags.
• Schedule, reschedule, or cancel patient appointments.
