Job summary

Charlotte Community Health Clinic seeks a Patient Services Representative to float between clinics, handling patient registration, check-out, scheduling, and billing support. The role supports EPIC workflows and front desk operations across sites.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, clerical experience in a medical setting, and may be bilingual in English and Spanish. Regular hours are Monday–Friday with some Saturday reach, and a full-time schedule is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or preferred.
• One year of clerical experience in a medical office setting is preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Other related experience may be considered in lieu of medical office experience.

Responsibilities

• Register patients by entering complete demographic and insurance information.
• Greet patients, verify demographics and insurance, copy insurance cards and file them in the medical record.
• Communicate changes in demographics/insurance to the appropriate areas.
• Obtain updated patient registrations signatures with date and file them.
