You will manage scheduling, handle billing questions, and support front desk operations using Dentrix/EPIC. We value bilingual candidates and experience in dental office environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of clerical experience in dental office preferred.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Experience with Dentrix/EPIC preferred
• Legible handwriting for notations in charts
• Experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Register patients and collect demographics and insurance information.
• Greet patients, verify information, and copy insurance cards.
• Enter co-pays and assist with sliding scale forms.
• Verify charges, schedule follow-up appointments, and reconcile cash/credit.
• Enter accurate patient data and manage scheduling based on availability.
• Update billing questions; resolve queue errors and support front desk registration.
• Answer phones and perform general clerical duties.
