• Verifies complete and accurate information: demographics, referrals, authorizations, billing codes.
• Completes end-of-day batch reconciliation of schedule and payments.
• Provides clerical support and orients new employees to department policies.
• Maintains quality, safety, environmental and infection control standards.
• Protects patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Travel to satellite offices may be required.
• Performs other related duties as required.
