Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain EMTALA/HIPAA and regulatory compliance in Admissions and Medical Records handling.
• Provide excellent customer service and build quality relationships with patients.
• Identify and triage patients; verify demographics and insurance benefits.
• Obtain signatures on forms and consents; enter accurate demographic data.
• Verify insurance, authorizations, and maximize reimbursement at the point of service.
• Scan records, coordinate transfers, respond to requests, and maintain logs.
