Responsibilities

• Greets patients and coordinates services, including appointment scheduling.
• Answers phones and routes questions to appropriate staff.
• Gathers and maintains patient information for medical records and billing.
• Verifies insurance coverage and collects co-pays.
• Supports clinical staff and maintains a clean, orderly work environment.
• Participates in mandatory training on EHR and UKG.
