Valeris, Inc. seeks a Benefits Specialist to provide telephonic and web-based support for patient access to therapies. You will verify benefits, determine program eligibility, and coordinate with providers and payers while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

You will review enrollment forms, answer inquiries, and help patients overcome barriers to coverage. This office-based role emphasizes compliance, empathy, and teamwork within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong verbal and written communication with patients and providers.
• Ability to handle confidential health information with discretion.
• Professional, patient-focused, and accurate data entry skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform patient level benefits verification for major medical and pharmacy plans.
• Coordinate prior authorizations per payer guidelines and SOPs.
• Review enrollment forms to determine patient eligibility for programs.
• Communicate eligibility to patients, healthcare providers, and pharmacies.
• Answer inbound calls and route to appropriate team members when needed.
• Utilize internal PharmaCord Lynk to process claims and move workflows forward.
