Job summary

Valeris, Inc. is seeking a Team Lead for Patient Services to mentor and guide a support team helping patients access complex medications.

You will become a super user of program technology, ensure accurate medical records, and train staff while maintaining SOPs and process controls. You will collaborate with program leadership to drive improvements, ensure timely case handling, and uphold our values in a fast-paced, office-based environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ customer service, payer benefits (reimbursement, prior authorization) experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Proven informal leadership within a team.

Responsibilities

• Write and update work instructions for ongoing training needs
• Lead training for new hires – classroom and side-by-side
• Audit PowerBI and Lynk to ensure data accuracy
• Lead Insurance Navigation roll outs for companywide initiatives
• Assist program leadership as needed
• Perform Team Lead responsibilities in addition to Case Manager/Benefit Specialist role
• Utilize Valeris’ values as driving force behind team’s success
• On-time adherence to training deadlines for all policies and procedures
• Ensure SOPs are followed consistently
• Support additional tasks or projects as assigned
