CareMetx is seeking a Patient Access Specialist to provide advanced services to patients, providers, and caregivers for a specific program. Under supervision, you will support billing, prior authorizations, and benefits coordination to help patients begin and stay on therapy.

The role emphasizes compassionate customer service, accurate data handling, and collaboration with internal teams to resolve issues promptly while maintaining patient confidentiality.

• Appeals/Denials.
• Intakes and reports adverse events as directed.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient information.
• Provides exceptional customer service and escalates issues as needed.
