Responsibilities

• Document issues and resolutions in the electronic medical record.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits; explain results.
• Collect co-pays or deductibles; explain financial assistance programs.
• Provide customer service for inbound and outbound calls.
• May mentor other staff.
