Ensemble Health Partners in Mason, OH is seeking a Patient Access Specialist for an onsite, part-time 3rd shift (10:30pm–7:00am, weekend rotation). You will perform admitting duties for patients, collect insurance information, and verify eligibility while delivering compassionate, compliant service and supporting POS and billing processes.

The role emphasizes accuracy in MRN assignment, pre-registration, patient education, and use of ABN software to inform payers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Willingness to obtain CRCR certification within 9 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assign accurate MRNs and complete medical necessity/compliance checks.
• Operate the telephone switchboard for calls.
• Provide compassionate customer service in all interactions and meet POS goals.
• Audit accounts and provide timely data to leadership.
