Qualifications

• Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) and/or CRCR, Certified Revenue Cycle Representative.
• 2-year/Associate degree or higher preferred; healthcare administration or related field.
• Understand Revenue Cycle including admissions, billing, payments and denials.

Responsibilities

• Pre-registration of patient accounts and demographic collection.
• Verify insurance, determine eligibility, and select plan codes.
• Explain consent forms and provide patient education documents.
• Assist with point of service collections and payment plans.
• Maintain accurate audit-ready accounts and reports.
